Therapy for teens and adults near Eagle Rock, LA | Counselor Cristina Lugo

Eagle Rock, LA is a city where life moves quickly, yet many teens and young adults feel stuck inside themselves. Stress, anxiety, or sadness can feel invisible to others, but they still shape every part of daily life. My practice near Eagle Rock, LA is built to change that. With trauma informed care, EMDR, and creative methods, I help you move from carrying hidden weight to living with more balance, clarity, and connection.

How it works

Book an intro call

Therapy is not an interrogation where you have to spill everything at once. What it is with me is a gentle first step where you share only what feels safe. By the end of that call, you begin to feel what it is like to be listened to fully and without judgment

Personalized, one-on-one sessions

This is not a rigid program where you follow my agenda. It is a flexible process designed around your goals. Each session helps you focus on what matters most, whether that is calming your mind, working through past pain, or finding new confidence in daily life.

Evidence-based therapeutic techniques

Therapy is not just casual conversation. It is active work supported by proven methods like EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic practices. These techniques calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and bring relief you can feel every day.
